The program in a nutshell

The Casa Aureum partner program, from a boutique experiences agency in Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo, is for businesses that host visitors: lodging, agencies, restaurants and independent collaborators. You share your link or QR code (or book for your guest), the guest pays a deposit online and the booking is recorded under your name. Casa Aureum handles everything with the guest, including payment, and pays you your commission once the service has taken place. The percentage or amount is agreed with each partner.

How it works in 3 steps

  3. Step 3We pay your commissionA paid booking made through your link is recorded under your name. Casa Aureum charges the guest for everything; once the service takes place and all goes well, we pay you your commission.

Prices are the current public prices in Mexican pesos. The commission shown is only the program reference (agreement dated October 15, 2026): it is agreed with each partner. “Agreed with you” means the service is quoted per client or has no reference yet.

Who can become a Casa Aureum partner?

Hotels, hostels, Airbnb-style vacation rentals, travel agencies, restaurants, local businesses and independent collaborators who recommend experiences in Isla Mujeres and the Mexican Caribbean.

How much is the commission?

It is agreed with each partner. The table on this page shows the program reference commission per service; yours is set when you are activated as a partner.

How is a booking recorded as mine?

When a guest books from your link or QR, the booking is recorded under your name. If they book by WhatsApp, they only need to mention your business or the person who recommended it. You can also create the booking yourself from your portal.

When do I get paid my commission?

Casa Aureum handles everything with the guest, including payment; you never charge the guest anything. Once the service has taken place and all goes well, we pay your commission in the agreed period (weekly, biweekly or monthly). If the booking is cancelled or refunded to the guest, that commission is not paid.

What happens if a tour is cancelled because of weather?

Casa Aureum reschedules the date or returns the full booking amount to the guest, including the commission. This does not apply to the client’s own cancellations or no-shows.

When is my account activated?

We review every request and contact you by WhatsApp or email to agree on the commission and give you your link, your QR and your portal access.

Can I book for my guest?

Yes. From your private portal you create the booking with the guest’s details and send them the payment link by WhatsApp, or you can message us directly on WhatsApp.
