Where is pickup?
If you are staying on Isla Mujeres, take the ferry to Cancún: we pick you up at the Ultramar terminal in Puerto Juárez. Pickup points are also available in different areas of Cancún. After booking, contact us and we will confirm your exact pickup time and meeting point. Ferry tickets are not included.
